Online Ordering FAQs

If I am an exisiting customer who has never ordered online, why do I need to create an online account?

 

When you order online, the website sends us an email with the order information and we enter that order manually, the same as if you had phoned the order.  Therefore, the website doesn’t "know" you were an existing customer and necessitates you establishing an online account.  This is also for your added security, since you may use your credit card for online ordering.

 

How do I create an online account?

  • Go to www.petpantrydelivers.com.
  • Click on Shop Online.
  • Click on the Create an Account link.
  • Enter your account information in the required fields.
  • Click Continue.
  • You will then see a confirmation page that your account has been created.
  • Click Continue to start ordering online!

If I currently pay by credit card, do I need to include the card number for online orders?

 

Yes.  When you place an order, you can either select to pay by credit card or cash/check on delivery.  If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number, expiration date and security code.

 

Why isn’t tax added to online orders?

 

We serve customers in three different sales tax areas and our website wasn’t set-up to calculate the different sales taxes.  When we personally confirm your online order by email or phone, we can give you the total including tax.  Also, the printed invoice/receipt we deliver with your order shows the correct total including tax.
